The European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) returns for its 19th edition, uniting leading voices in clean energy, innovation, and policy.
ETIP SNET, in collaboration with BRIDGE and the ETIPs Forum, will attend the EUSEW Energy Fair, at stands C-20, titled "Let’s Talk Energy: Meet the ETIPs and BRIDGE" at the Charlemagne Building (second floor).
As part of ETIP SNET’s participation:
Natalie Samovich, Honorary Co-Chair of Working Group 1, and Susanne Windischberger, SET Plan IWG Energy, will take part in the session “Electrifying industry: unlocking flexibility and innovation for a decarbonised future” on 11 June from 09:30 to 11:00, room Lord Jenkins. This session explores how industries can adapt to variable RES production, transforming inflexible baseload demands into flexible systems aligned with the Clean Industrial Deal. The discussion will focus on integrating RES, DC technologies, and microgrids to enhance efficiency and meet growing electricity demands across industries, buildings, and mobility.
Luis Vale Cunha, Chair of ETIP SNET, will contribute to the session “Smarter than ever: how the potential of AI is reshaping Europe’s energy grids” on 12 June, from 09:30 to 11:00, in room Lord Jenkins. This session explores how AI-driven smart grids can accelerate Europe’s energy transition by enhancing the integration of renewables, improving grid flexibility and reliability, and supporting the EU’s climate and competitiveness goals.
EUSEW 2025 will be held in a hybrid format, with in-person events at the European Commission’s Charlemagne building and Martin’s Brussels EU Hotel, complemented by online access. The programme includes policy-focused sessions, project exhibitions, and networking opportunities with experts, innovators, and decision-makers from across Europe.
