ETIP SNET has showcased its commitment for a greener and more sustainable future, by participating in the annual BRIDGE General Assembly. The event, held in Brussels on April 9th and 10th, brought together project representatives and key stakeholders from across the energy sector to discuss collaborative strategies and foster innovation.
During the General Assembly, participants learned about past achievements of the BRIDGE Working Groups and shared lessons learned, as well as outlined objectives and next activities for 2024. Additionally, the event paved the way for further discussions on potential areas of improvement in the field of energy.
Norela Constantinescu, vice-chair of ETIP SNET, actively engaged in a spotlight session, discussing the initiative’s vision and mission, progress made in the energy system and innovation strategies toward energy transition efforts in 2023. Furthermore, she presented the implemented Work Planned for 2024, focusing the attention on the five WGs’ deliverables and new focus area.
ETIP SNET’s participation at the General Assembly highlighted its ongoing commitment to achieving a sustainable energy future, playing a pivotal role in Europe by fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among experts and stakeholders in guiding Europe’s energy transition beyond smart electricity grid.
Leveraging the interconnection between BRIDGE and ETIP SNET, the two initiatives advocate for a more intense collaboration on cross-working groups meetings, sharing best practices, writing joint reports and fostering the dissemination of project results.
