This year ETIP SNET, in collaboration with regional partners across Europe, held two successful workshops in Petten and Paris September to November 2018. Together the workshops gathered over 130 participants from all over Europe to share knowledge on local projects and identify research priorities.
The workshops provided a unique opportunity to learn about national Research & Innovation (R&I) projects across Europe and gave the chance to contribute to the identification of R&I gaps, challenges and priorities at Regional and EU levels. It was also a great opportunity to network among peers in neighboring countries, learn about state of the art in system operation, renewables integration and digitisation solutions in the energy system.
