Enlit Europe welcomes the ETIP SNET community to join the Enlit Europe Digital Programme. Enlit is a community that for 365-days a year will collaborate and innovate to solve the most pressing energy-related issues. Find the latest news, digital content, virtual and live events.

In the framework of Enlit Event and in collaboration with the Technology and Innovation Platform Smart Networks for Energy Transition –  the Workshop “POWER GRIDS BETWEEN INCREASED CHALLENGES AND INCREASED EXPECTATIONS: Actively linking emerging technologies and markets” will take place online on the 22nd October from 14.30-16.30.

Workshop format
A 2 hour long brainstorming session composed by the following parts:
• Short and to the point presentation towards all attendants where the ETIP SNET speaker will explain the ETIP SNET goals and how is going to run the workshop.
• 4 parallel tables to brainstorm in detail on concrete listed topics.
• Final conclusions by the initial speaker

• Introduction of the workshop: Areti Ntaradimou, Content Director Enlit Europe and Nikos Hatziargyriou, Vice-chair Etip Snet

• Power grids facilitating the emergence of energy communities
• Power grids facilitating the smart distributed control through the web of cells concept
• Smart grid nodes facilitating peer to peer trading
